Color: Ruby red with dark garnet highlights
Nose: Ripe red fruits and pleasant spices, in harmony with the delicate vanilla aromas imparted by the aging woods
Taste: Powerful, soft and velvety, with lingering and harmonious aftertaste

Vinification: mechanical crushing, maceration on the skins for about 22 to 24 days, temperature-controlled fermentation with natural yeasts in stainless steel tanks, racking and soft pressing of the pomace
Aging: 24 months in new and second-passage French barriques, after blending and bottling another 6 months in bottle. Contains sulfites.
