FIORFIORE MAGNUM

Color: straw-yellow wine with golden lights
Perfume: bouquets of white flowers, its fragrance has pleasant pink grapefruit and green apple notes
Taste: dry but is very fresh and crispy, adequately sparkly, the taste lingers It will give its best 3/4 years after the harvest

Vinification: Mechanical pressing, natural decantation of the musts, controlled temperature fermentation with natural yeasts in stainless steel tanks
Maturation: 12 months in large 50 hl Slavonian oak barrels, then 4 months in the bottle. Contains sulphites.
