Color: Ruby red with dark garnet reflections
Taste: Powerful, soft and velvety, with a persistent and harmonious aftertaste

Vinification: Mechanical pressing, maceration on the skins for about 22/24 days, fermentation at controlled temperature with natural yeasts in stainless steel tanks, racking and soft pressing of the marc
Maturation: 24 months in new and second passage French barriques, after assembly and bottling another 6 months in the bottle. Contains sulphites
